No Questions Asked Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Panna Jewellers Exclusive (PJE). We aim to provide you with exquisite jewellery that you will cherish. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item you are not satisfied with, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  • The product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product was shipped to the registered address within 7 days of receiving delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  • Contact us at pannajewellers.info@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return in your email.
  • Once you receive the RMA Number, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Place the RMA Number prominently on the package.
  • Hand over the package to the courier person. We will cover the return shipping charges.

Please note that the reverse pickup process may take 7-10 working days, and we advise you to retain the courier airway bill number for reference.

Quality Assurance

Before processing your refund or exchange, our skilled quality assurance team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards. We also verify that the packaging includes all the required documents, such as the insurance certificate, original invoice, and product certificate.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your product for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at pannajewellers.info@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Our 7-day refund policy is not applicable to the following:
    1. Gold coins, silver articles, gold rakhi
    2. Products ordered with specific indications like smart buy (Make to Order), customization, engraving, personalized items
    3. Items purchased using gift cards or promotion codes
