Shipping and Packaging

All products purchased from www.pjejewels.com are shipped with the utmost care. Each package, containing your precious jewelry or gold coins, is insured during transit to ensure it reaches your doorstep in impeccable condition, sealed in tamper-proof packaging.

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING PAN India.

Delivery to Identified Person

To ensure seamless delivery, please provide accurate details of the Consignee/Recipient, including their name (as per their government-issued photo identification), complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number. Upon delivery, the recipient must present one of the following identity proofs:
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Driver’s License
  • Voter’s ID
Our courier agent will validate the recipient’s identity during delivery and record the details for added security. We request the recipient’s cooperation in providing original copies of the identity proof for verification.

Delivery Location

We deliver orders exclusively to the Consignee/Recipient’s residential or work location within Hyderabad. Please note that delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on the street is not possible.

Change in Shipping Address

You can track your orders and make changes to shipping details by logging into your My Account section on our website. However, changes to the shipping address can only be made until the order is shipped from our facility. If you need to change the shipping address, please email us at pannajewellers.info@gmail.com.

Shipment Discrepancy

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the product’s condition. If you encounter any of the following issues, contact our Customer Care Department immediately (within 72 hours).

Change in Shipping Address

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged parcel or product, call us at +91 7660000211 and send an email to pannajewellers.info@gmail.com. Do not discard the parcel or product. We will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action. Failure to report damages within 72 hours may result in no refund or complaint resolution.

  • Missing Products: Inspect the parcel’s condition before accepting it and report any issues within 72 hours. Contact us at +91 7660000211 and send an email to pannajewellers.info@gmail.com. Our team will investigate and provide a resolution within 7 working days. Failure to report issues within the specified time frame may impact complaint resolution.

  • Non-Receipt of an Order: We provide tracking information to your registered email ID. It is your responsibility to track the shipment and check for updates. If you do not receive the parcel physically after our delivery confirmation email, contact us at +91 7660000211 or send an email to pannajewellers.info@gmail.com within 72 hours. We will address the issue and provide a resolution within 7 working days. Failure to report issues within the specified time frame may affect complaint resolution and refunds.
